2024 annual Spring luncheon | Tuesday, may 21, 2024

This year's event holds even more significance as we celebrate the remarkable milestone of Miriam’s House’s 30th Anniversary. Over the past three decades, our collective efforts to end homelessness have made a profound impact on our community. Luncheon guests will enjoy a wonderful meal, informative program, and the chance to win some great raffle and door prizes as we celebrate 30 years and raise funds to support the work of Miriam’s House in implementing solutions to homelessness!

11am: pre-luncheon reception  |  12pm - 1:30pm Luncheon | University of lynchburg

LUnCHEON TICKETS

  • There are no physical tickets, but rather your name(s) will be added to our guest list.

  • Seating is assigned by table number which can be found on the guest list when you enter the lobby.

pre-luncheon reception: 11am - noon

Join us for our Pre-Luncheon Reception starting at 11am in the lobby outside the dining hall; plan to arrive early to enjoy light refreshments, participate in our photo booth, visit our merchandise table, and preview the selection of raffle items.

LUNCHEON & PROGRAM: 12pm - 1:30pm

Guests will enjoy a delicious, buffet-style meal and a short program highlighting our work to end homelessness. Luncheon will end promptly at 1:30pm.

LUNCHEON RAFFLE

  • A crowd favorite, our raffle supports our programs to end homelessness thanks to our generous community partners.

  • Raffle tickets are $10 each, 6 for $50, or 15 for $100 and at the event via check, cash, or credit card. Pre-purchased raffle tickets will be available for pick up from the raffle table at the event.

PARKING & LOCATION

  • The event is held in the Burton Dining Hall in the Drysdale Student Center at the University of Lynchburg. The event is on the 3rd floor and is accessible by steps or elevator.

  • Please allow 10 additional minutes to secure parking as parking around the Drysdale Student Center is limited. We encourage carpooling, if able!
