Aftercare Support

Aftercare services launched in 2011 in an effort to prevent returns to homelessness for the individuals and families that we serve.

This program focuses on providing ongoing support to formerly homeless persons in an effort to increase housing stability. We offer a monthly support group to promote peer support and community-building along with a shared meal and free, on-site childcare.

In addition, program staff offer one-on-one case management to ensure our families have the resources and skills to face the challenges of maintaining their housing. Participation in this program is free and available as long as there is need.
